The Public Historian, the leading publication in public history, has published a special issue for the centennial of the National Park Service. Two Mason historians have reviews in that issue. Sheila Brennan, Director of Strategic Initiatives at RRCHNM and Research Associate Professor, reviewed an exhibit on the Park Service's history at the Smithsonian's National Postal Museum. Sharon Leon, Director of Public Projects at RRCHNM and Association Professor, reviewed the NPS's smartphone applications.
