Graduate Students Present Work at RMIHC

Three current and former George Mason history MA students recently presented their work at the Rocky Mountain Interdisciplinary History Conference (RMIHC), hosted by the University of Colorado at Boulder this weekend. Anthony Russell delivered a presentation on "1956: A Speech, Hungary, the Suez Canal, and the Origins of the Cuban Missile Crisis."  Nathan Moore, a GMU alum with an MA in History who is beginning his PhD at American University, presented on "Capitalism on Trial: The Great Communist Trial of 1925 and British Spaces of Authority." Saheed Hamid presented "War and Peace in Islamic History."
