Sharon is the Assistant Graduate Coordinator. She coordinates student assistantships for the Department, maintains and updates student databases and files, assists with administrative advising, initiates special registration, coordinates the admissions process for the graduate programs, manages three graduate list serves, coordinates comprehensive exams and doctoral advancement to candidacy, maintains and updates the graduate portion of the website, conducts and analyzes degree audits, and makes appointments for Dr. Holt, the MA Graduate Director, and for Dr. Steven Barnes, the PhD Graduate Director. Dr. Ellen Wiley Todd is the Art History Director and does all of her own advising.
