Laura Crossley, a History PhD student in the department was recently selected to be the graduate student representative to the Society for Historians of the Gilded Age and Progressive Era. The position involves performing key editorial functions for the Society’s journal, The Journal of the Gilded Age and Progressive Era, which is the premier journal for historical scholarship on this era of American history.
