History M.A. alum publishes article on Russian Orthodox Church

Carol Dockham, a stellar M.A. student in Russian history who went on to become a PhD student at Georgetown University, passed away in 2016. As a doctoral student she was doing research on the schism in the Russian Orthodox Church in the 1920s and 30s. She wrote an article on this topic, which has recently been published posthumously in the academic journal, “Canadian-American Slavic Studies.”
