Two Mason history students will present research at Phi Alpha Theta conference

Christopher Robitaille (B.A. ’20) and Marissa Hoover (M.A. ’21) will present papers at the biennial convention of Phi Alpha Theta, a national history honor society.  Robitaille’s paper is entitled, "The Power of The Posthumous Soul: How the Dead Continue to Hold Sway Over the Living.”  Hoover’s paper is "Cape Coast Castle: The Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade, European Imperialism, and the Surrounding Community.”
