Rosemarie Zagarri gives featured lecture at symposium at the University of Pennsylvania Law School

Prof. Rosemarie Zagarri was a featured speaker at a symposium, "THE DECLARATION AT 250," co-sponsored by the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, on Feb. 27, 2026. Prof. Zagarri gave the opening talk, entitled, "In America, the Law is King."
