PhD Candidate Oberle Wins American Philosophical Society Fellowship

PhD Candidate George Oberle has been awarded a Nancy Halverson Schless Fellowship by the American Philosophical Society in Philadelphia. The grant will allow Oberle to spend a month at the society doing research on his dissertation, "Institutionalizing the Information Revolution: Debates over the National University in the Early American Republic," which he is writing under the supervision of Professor Rosemarie Zagarri.
