Christopher Nelson

Christopher Nelson
U.S. History: Military History, Civil-Military Relations, War and Memory
Chris Nelson is a PhD student in History at George Mason University. He is a former strategist and strategic analyst for the United States Marine Corps. He currently teaches Theory and Nature of War at Marine Corps University and is transitioning to professional wargaming and analysis at the Krulak Center.
His research interests include institutional memory and the relationship between the American public and the United States Marine Corps in the post-Vietnam era.
