Elizabeth Denholm 

Elizabeth Denholm

Elizabeth Denholm's research is primarily focused on early 20th Century American and European art with a particular interest in the intersection of art and conflict, and the ways in which art can both reflect and influence societies. Elizabeth has a professional background in collections management and is interested in building catalogues and digital resources to support scholarly research and a deepened public engagement and with art objects. She currently holds the position of Associate Registrar at the Delaware Art Museum in Wilmington, Delaware. She is a member of the Association of Registrars and Collections Specialists (ARCS), ArtTable, a professional organization for women in the arts, and is a certified aerial and scissor lift operator. She received her BA in Art History from Catholic University in Washington, DC in 2015. Elizabeth is a second year master’s student and will earn her degree in May 2020. She hopes to continue to work in the museum field in curatorial or collections management roles.

 

Kelsey Roberts 

Kelsey Roberts

Kelsey Roberts received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History in 2017 from Cornell College, Mt. Vernon, IA. Later that year, she moved to the Washington D.C. metro area to further her education at George Mason University. While working towards her Master's in Art History, she completed an internship at Capital One in their art program, worked as a teaching assistant, interned at the non-profit arts organization Transformer, and worked as the Graduate Professional Assistant for the Preservation Services Unit at Fenwick Library. Kelsey is currently a second year master's student and anticipates receiving her degree in May 2020. She plans to pursue her PhD in Art History in hopes of one day working as a museum curator.

 

Alexandra Rusyniak 

Alexandra Rusyniak

Alexandra Rusyniak received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History from George Mason University in 2019. In the final year of her undergraduate degree, she had the opportunity to work towards her master's degree in an accelerated program. During her time as an undergraduate and graduate student in art history, she studied abroad in Rome with Dr. Christopher Gregg, studied at Trinity College in Oxford, completed an internship with Adams IP Law, was a member of the Art History Graduate Association, and worked as a teaching assistant with the mentorship of Dr. Lisa Bauman. Next year, she plans to attend law school and work towards her dream job of becoming a lawyer for the arts.
