For his essay: "Striking From Patriotism: The Rhetoric of the 1943 Coal Strike"
Erik Stafira graduated from Warren County High School and Mountain Vista Governor's School in 2015. Since then, he has studied History at George Mason, focusing in the areas of Colonialism and Medieval History. He will be graduating with his Bachelor of Arts in History in the spring of 2020. After GMU, he plans on working in the Run Specialty Industry with the local family owned store Potomac River Running.
