Rachel is a graduate student from Alexandria, Virginia. Prior to enrolling in Mason's history MA program, she completed her BA in history with a minor in anthropology. Her research examines the relationship between domestic technology and female authority throughout the 20th century in the United States. She intends to pursue a PhD in history.
