HFCI Scholarship Fund (Historic Fairfax City, Inc.) History and Art History

Justin McGrath is currently a junior at George Mason University studying history after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Northern Virginia Community College. Justin grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, where he attended Laurel Ridge Elementary School and Robinson Secondary School. After graduating from GMU, Justin plans to work in the public sector. He is particularly interested in Russian history and has enjoyed learning about the music and culture, in particular from expert Dr. Steven Barnes. In Justin’s free time, he enjoys bowling, feeding squirrels, and beating his family in their fantasy football pool, Snooter’s League.
