Outstanding Public and Digital History Project Award History and Art History

Bailey Wheless is a senior undergraduate history major at GMU. He has a concentration in public history, a path that was inspired by his passion for heightening the accessibility of information and telling stories that need more attention. Born in Honolulu Hawaii, Bailey moved to Virginia in kindergarten and has lived here ever since. He attended NOVA prior to GMU, obtaining an associate degree in general studies. He hopes to one day work in a museum.
